Residents of Fieldway and New Addington can receive help with Advocacy, referrals to external agencies and help with filling in forms.

  • Welfare Rights advisors* – Benefits advice and help completing various benefit claim forms for council tenants.
  • Community Hub – Provide a pathway for people into social support networks, community led activities and specialist voluntary and statutory sector services.
  • Tenancy Surgery* – Discuss any tenancy related issues face to face with a Council tenancy officer (including sheltered accommodation).
  • Healthy Homes energy advice and support* -Guidance and advice on all home energy related issues from understanding your bills to debit, tariffs and support available.
  • The Vine Food Bank (Salvation Army) – Referral partners, working together to ensure all residents receive the right help for their unique situation. These food parcels are for emergency situations only.
  • Ward Councillors* – Access information and support from your local ward councillor.
  • Berry legal – Family Law solicitors – free 20-minute family law advice for residents of Fieldway and New Addington.
  • Cuppa with a Copper – Termly drop-in sessions where you can come along and meet the local SNT (Safer Neighbourhood Team) and talk about any issues, concerns, or queries you may have.
  • Income Officer – opportunity to discuss your council rent account.
  • Get Access Now – Council tenants can get support applying for the Household support fund and more.
